Pick Up Process:

• Present either a printed or a mobile voucher at Airport Service Counter
• You don't need to provide a deposit, but you need to fill in the WiFi application form and agree to the terms and conditions before receiving the WiFi device
• If the WiFi accessory is damaged or lost, there is an amount of compensation
• If the WiFi body is damaged or lost, there is an amount of compensation
• Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

• Return the device to the Airport Service Counter (Narita / Haneda / Kansai / New Chitose)
• If you rent the device more days than you indicated, we will charge you 

Additional Information:

• Please fill your name and flight number at reservation form
• Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
• If you need two or more WiFi device, please make the order respectively
• Please indicate the airport you want to pick up and return the device in the reservation form 
• Please obey the Fair Usage Policy (policy for the fair use of data communication): Under the Fair
• Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to. Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, etc., or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time. Telecom Square will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period
• Speeds may decrease after exceeding 3GB of usage in a single day, and will be restored upon data limit reset the following day.
• While the device supports up to five connections, having more than three connections may also lead to reduced speeds.
• Please note that the pickup and drop-off counters are located outside of the security area. Make sure to return your device before proceeding with the check-in process.

• Please ensure the booking is made under the name of the person who will be collecting the WiFi device, as presenting your passport for verification is a requirement during device collection.
