Pick-up Information:

• Pick-up point: 16:10 ~ 16:50
• Please stand by 10 minutes before the pick-up time
• Please be sure to check your name and activity name when picking up and board the vehicle.
• For guesthouses, parking spaces are small or difficult to find, so you should go to the nearest hotel in Karapan.
• Open hours: Every day from 17:30 to 19:00 (about 1 hour and 30 minutes)

Age Information:

• Adults: 12 years or older
• Child: 3 ~ 11 years old
• Infants: under 24 months (free)
• Selecting infant options to determine the number of people required (limited to infant selection)

A must read:

• Bring the voucher sent by email to the printout or mobile voucher.
• Valid only for the specified date and time.
• No change due to no show or lapse, no refund.
• We will not be responsible for penalties for incorrectly entered information when making a reservation.
• If it rains, it can be done indoors. If the captain can not take the departure due to bad weather conditions, he will be notified on the day before or on the day of the tour.
