Important Notice :

Currently Fast Track service is not available, but what is available is Meet and Greet.
The difference is that guests do not enter the priority fast track lane at immigration, our greeters will direct them to the queue line with the fewest people (usually only 3-4 people) and the queue time is only around 10-15 minutes.
We will meet guests at Aviobridge, assist with VOA, collect luggage, assist in making an Electronic Customs Declaration and take you to the car / meet the driver / guide at the front.

**Customers using the Fast Track/Meet and Greet service  must pre-purchase an Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA), which can be purchased 14 days prior to entry.
Currently, the process for purchasing a visa on arrival at Bali Airport is difficult and the waiting line is long, so if you do not purchase an electronic visa on arrival, it may take a long time to get to the immigration counter.

How To Use

• You can present either a printed or mobile voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date specified.

How to Meet Airport Representative:

• After arriving in Bali, you can meet the guide holding a picket with your name at the meeting location and then proceed.
• The guide will guide you through the immigration process, but you must go through the immigration process personally.
• The guide will guide you to customs inspection for an X-ray inspection of your luggage, and will provide assistance if you need assistance during the inspection.
• Finally, the guide guides the person with a reservation to the airport exit, contacts the reserved pickup vehicle, and assists in guiding the meeting point.

The possibility of cancellation and refund will be based on the provisions of each product. If the product allows for cancellation, the following conditions for cancellation and refund applied:

• The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
• Cancellations made a minimum of 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
• All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
