Additional Information:

• Tickets are available for adults and children
• Do not use flash at the Asahiyama Zoo
• IC Card is valid for 10 years. However, if it is not used for 10 years in a row, it won't be available.
• Refund will be done after reducting a commission which is 220 yen. (If the balance is lower than 220 yen, only 500 yen deposit will be refunded)

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity.
• Please exchange your voucher to get KITACA IC.
• You can enter directly at the Asahiyama Zoo after scanning QR code with this voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date of exchange.
