How to Use

• Please present a voucher at the Limousine Bus counter at Narita Airport Terminal and exchange it with a ticket.

A must read

• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of the order. Please exchange it with the actual ticket within the expiration date.
• You can't ride the limousine directly with the voucher. Please make sure to exchange it with the actual ticket.
• A round-trip ticket is different from two one-way tickets. You cannot use two one-way tickets for two people.
• If you purchase a round trip ticket, make sure to receive all round trip tickets at Narita Airport.
• For round-trip tickets, you must use them within 14 days of exchange. For long-term stays longer than 14 days, please use a one-way ticket.
• Since Yokohama is not Tokyo, you cannot use both one-way and round-trip tickets.
• No smoking is allowed on the bus.
• It is not responsible for damage or loss of the bag when boarding the bus.
• Please carry your valuables and board. It is not liable for loss or damage of valuables.
• Depending on the local traffic situation, there may be a difference in bus running time. So please take plenty of time to use it.
• You can't sit in the bus. If you are boarding in the order in which you are in line and cannot board with full seats, please use the following bus:
  Pets are not allowed to board.
• You can carry up to two pieces of luggage per person under 30kg, which is 50X60X120cm. (Additional charges must be paid in the field for baggage)
• Please keep items that threaten your safety, such as those that could explode or cause a fire, in the baggage compartment before boarding.
• You cannot change or refund anything after sending a voucher. Please refer to your reservation.

How To Use

[E-voucher validity period]

• Electronic voucher: The exchange is valid within 90 days from the scheduled date (ie, the day of the order).
• Cannot be used beyond the expiration date, please note.

[Exchange method]

1. After the reservation is successful, the system will automatically send an email to the reserved mailbox.

2. Take the PDF e-ticket in the mail to the following designated counter to redeem the physical ticket and then take the bus.
