• Please follow the time schedule to avoid extra time for car rental.
• The schedule may change depends on the circumstances.
• If you use Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• The pick-up/sending service could be delayed due to traffic condition and it can't be argued. (Delay time could be around 15-30 minutes).

Cancel Info

The possibility of cancellation and refund will be based on the provisions of each product. If the product allows for cancellation, the following conditions for cancellation and refund applied:

• The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
• Cancellations made a minimum of 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
• All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
