How To Use

• You can show a printed or an electronic voucher and passport along when you pick up your device.
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time selected.
• No deposit required, fillout credit card infromation form at the counter. The card will only be charged if the device has been lost or damaged.
• Please note to make sure that you can pick up the device in the counter's operational hours.

Pick Up and Drop Off Locations:

• Taoyuan International Airport(TPE) Terminals 1 or Terminals 2, Unite Traveler service counter #1 (Opening Hours:24 Hours, daily).
• Songshan airport: Greeting Hall, next to Gate E of Terminal 1, baggage service counter (Opening hours: 6:00am-10: 00 pm) location map, Counter front view.
• Kaohsiung Airport: Golden Founders Travel counter (Opening Hours: 6:00am-12: 00 am).

Return Process:

• Return the device to the Unite Traveler service counter (return it in the box outside operating hours - specifically Taoyuan and Kaohsiung airports).
• You can return to any counter, according to your travel plan.

Compensation:

• Loss, damage or breakage of WiFi device: NT$3,300.
• Exterior scratches or damage: NT$1,500.
• Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: NT$150.
• Loss or breakage of cover and box: NT$300.
• Loss or breakage of entire set: NT$3,900.
