• Customer Service operating hours are 09:00-16:00 (Break  12:00-13:00).
• Befree Tour discount tickets only apply to travelers who come to tourist sites using private vehicle (rent) or public transportatin. Not applicable for rent vehicle user (with separate driver), taxi, or tour bus group.

2. Check the reservation data and finish the payment
3. Once the payment is complete, the voucher download llink will be sent through email within 24 hours (standard working hours)
4. Print confirmation voucher and/or show the e-voucher from your mobile (Hotel and activity voucher must be printed)

Pay attention to the following when ordering Jeju Island Tour Products

• Minimum reservation 24 hours prior to the date (standard working days)
• Please write the name, sex, and date of birth that correspond to the passport.
• Please write the valid phone number
• Barcode can only be used one day after sending the barcode
• You may use the voucher to enter the tourist attractions acoording to the number of people listed on the barcode (Can not be used repeatedly)
• We do not responsible for customer error entering reservation data
• 100% refund if fully booked

• Valid for 60 days after payment (However, it will be different for each products)
• 100% refund can only be done if do not exceed0= the validity period
• 100% refund due to force majeure
• For packet product, refund can not be done eventhough only for partial tour product
