• If you are late, the service may be canceled due to NO-SHOW processing. (No refund due to NO-SHOW)
• Discovery Shore pools and facilities are not available.
• In the case of signature massage, it is essential to adjust the intensity to your liking. Just as each person's taste is different, the therapist's intensity can vary.
• For signature massages, please be sure to let us know if you have any body specifics. In particular, pregnant women and patients with disc surgery will be assigned a separate professional therapist for a relaxing massage without straining the body.
• Only for Boracay free travellers. (If you are using a package / semi-package product, this service cannot be used or refunded.)
• After booking, no cancellation or refund will be given.
