Cancel Info

The possibility of cancellation and refund will be based on the provisions of each product. If the product allows for cancellation, the following conditions for cancellation and refund applied:

The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
Cancellations made a minimum of 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
