Emergency contact numbers (business phone numbers, addresses, or local office numbers) are listed on the voucher in case you are in a situation that may arise locally. Please contact us through the number listed on the emergency contact or contact the non-free tour customer center. However, if you are traveling outside of office hours, you can only accept local emergency contacts.

Please note that the tours you received through non-free tours will not be confirmed immediately. When you complete your reservation and payment by choosing the tour and date you want, your reservation will be processed and you will be informed of the reservation voucher through the email address you specified. After payment, you may not be able to book due to local circumstances such as full bookings. In such cases, we will refund 100%.

Reservation processing and reservation consultation is available during weekdays business hours (09: 30 ~ 18: 00). Reservation and consultation are not available on weekends and holidays. Reservations received after 17:00 on Friday will be processed sequentially from Monday. However, in the case of a local accident, contact the local emergency telephone number (company telephone number, address, or local office number) regardless of holiday.

A voucher is a document that is required to confirm the reservation at the time of using the activity products of the same day. We recommend that you print the voucher. The voucher will be issued by e-mail stated at the time of purchase. In addition, you can check it on ‘My Page’ when you issue a voucher.
