• Please note: You will be required to present the voucher when collecting and returning the device
• Deposit of $200 is required to collect the router.
• This particular service is only provided for Singapore, with device pick up and drop off at Changi Airport, Singapore. For WiFi services in other locations, please check your destinations
• Rental charges are based on full days. For example, if the device is collected on 1st Aug and returned to Changi Recommends counter on 5th August, you will be charged 5 days rental
• Each voucher you receive is for one day. (ex: 5 vouchers will be sent when booking for 5 days)
• You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether you are using the service or not
• You will be required to make an 'authorization hold' on a credit card as a deposit. No actual charge is made on your credit card by Changi Recommends. The authorization hold is released from your account (rendering the balance available again) from 14 working days after the transaction date depending on cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of some credit cards, holds may last as long as 30 days
• Please present the Redemption Code part shown in the example voucher photo below.
• The voucher must be presented when returning the device. (Please keep the voucher carefully)

For damages/lost/stolen items, the following pocket WiFi Singapore price charges will apply:

• SIM card SGD50
• USB cable and plug SGD30

Reservation Procedure:

• We highly recommend that you check the availability of routers and make a reservation 
• After filling in the form, you will receive a reservation code via email. Show your reservation code during device collection
• Please note that WiFi routers are only guaranteed if you make a reservation
